If ‘effortless’ and ‘easy’ aren’t normally words you associate with meditation, don’t worry you’re not alone. And no, I’m not having you on! Guided effortless meditation is a type of meditation that honestly is effortless - you just sit down, close your eyes and be guided through your mediation for around 20 minutes. There’s no need to empty your mind or halt your thoughts, there’s no judgement or state to aim towards and you definitely don’t have to sit in full lotus pose (although you can if you wish!)
