The beauty of one on one sessions is that you decide what you want to focus on. The sessions are specific to your goals whether that is rehab after an injury, strength gains, prehab before surgery, to improve mobility or to just get moving.

A total body workout to improve strength, mobility and balance where all you need is a yoga mat? Yes please!

ESCAPE offers one on one in person mat Pilates sessions but if your schedule is already jam packed, we also offer programs to do in your own time in your own home.
